Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead Managed Service deal and in the rolling roaster (24*7*365)
- Should be well versed with Service Management practices / ITIL framework
- Should have handled team and lead from front
- Experience in Client management, conflict management would be an addon
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java.
- Strong experience in object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration practices.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve software issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
