Key Responsibilities
1. Inward Logistics
•Coordinate inward movement of raw materials, packaging materials and trading goods.
•Arrange vehicle placement in coordination with suppliers and transporters.
•Track inbound consignments and ensure timely receipt at manufacturing units and warehouses.
•
Coordinate unloading with warehouse personnel.
•Minimise vehicle detention and receiving delays.
•Resolve shortages, damages and transit-related issues.
2. Outward Logistics
•Plan and coordinate dispatches from factories and depots.•
Arrange vehicle placement against daily sales orders.
•
Ensure timely deliveries to distributors, depots, institutional customers and modern trade partners.
•
Track shipments and proactively resolve transit delays.
•
Coordinate Proof of Delivery (POD) collection and closure.
•
Ensure high levels of order fulfilment and customer service.
3. Distribution Coordination
•
Coordinate daily dispatch priorities with the Sales team.
•
Ensure timely replenishment of distributor inventory.
•
Plan stock transfers between factories and depots.
•
Coordinate dispatches for new product launches and promotional activities.
•
Support replenishment for Modern Trade, E-commerce and Quick Commerce customers as the business expands.
4. Transport Management
•
Coordinate with transport service providers for timely vehicle placement.
•
Develop and maintain relationships with transporters.
•
Negotiate freight rates wherever appropriate.
•
Optimise vehicle utilisation and routing.
•
Monitor transporter performance with respect to availability, turnaround time and delivery performance.
•
Resolve vehicle shortages and transportation bottlenecks.
5. Documentation & Compliance
•
Prepare and verify invoices, e-Way Bills and transport documentation.•
Verify transporter invoices prior to processing.
•
Maintain dispatch registers and logistics records.
•
Ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
6. MIS & Reporting
Prepare and circulate regular reports including:

Daily Dispatch Report
•
Pending Dispatch Report
•
Vehicle Placement Report
•
In-Transit Shipment Report
•
Freight Cost Analysis
•
Depot Stock Transfer Report
•
Delivery Performance Report7. Continuous Improvement
•
Identify opportunities to reduce freight costs.
•
Improve vehicle utilisation.
•
Minimise transit losses and damages.
•
Improve delivery timelines and customer service.
•
Recommend improvements to logistics processes and systems.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
