Position: Senior Manager – Accounts
Industry: LPG Gas Agency / Distribution

Experience: 10+ Years in Accounts & Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounts and finance operations for multiple LPG gas agency branches.
- Supervise day-to-day accounting, billing, receipts, payments and bank transactions.
- Monitor cash flow, outstanding collections, vendor payments and customer receivables.
- Review and control daily sales, purchase, stock and expense entries.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance.
- Review GST returns, reconciliation, TDS workings and related documentation.
- Monitor Tally/ERP entries and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly MIS, branch-wise P&L, cash flow and management reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, vendor accounts and inter-branch transactions.
- Monitor LPG cylinder stock, deposits, credit sales and outstanding balances from an accounts perspective.
- Coordinate with branch accountants, auditors, bankers, vendors and management.
- Identify accounting discrepancies, control financial risks and ensure proper documentation.
- Establish internal controls and accounting procedures across all gas agency branches.
- Support management in budgeting, financial planning and cost control.
- Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and available for audit.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounts & Finance
- Advanced Tally and MS Excel knowledge
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF and ESI
- Bank and ledger reconciliation
- MIS and financial reporting
- Team handling and branch coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and management skills
Preferred Candidate
A candidate with experience in LPG distribution, gas agency, automobile, transport, dealership or other multi-branch business operations will be preferred.
