Key responsibilities:
- To handle all Production Equipment’s like Granulation Equipment’s, Capsule Filling Equipment’s, Compression Equipment’s and Coater.
- To check and verify cleaning and operation of Production Area equipment’s, Instruments, Containers, and Accessories etc. as per their respective SOP and BMR
- To check and verify operation of Equipment’s, Instruments, Containers, Accessories etc. as per their respective SOP and BMR.
- To fill and check all documents like BMR, Log book and other formats as per SOP.
- To upkeep and maintain the Area / Equipment as per cGMP requirement.
- To check and verify status label of Area, Equipment, Instrument, Material, Containers and Accessories as per SOP.
- To control and minimize production loss during manufacturing activity.
- To take trial after Preventive Maintenance work of respective equipment.
- To check and verify Environment condition, pressure differential, Calibration of balance and other metrological instrument as per schedule time.
- To check and verify Handling of Material Management & all types of rejections as per GMP.
- To entry online data in SAP.
- To check storage, labelling of tools & spares /change parts, if any defect / problem observed, inform to senior.
- To perform and check in process checks and record in BMR and logbook.
