Responsibilities
- Operate CNC plasma cutting machines according to production requirements.
- Load and unload steel plates and materials.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and cutting schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments when required.
- Inspect cut components for dimensional accuracy and quality.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the machine.
- Maintain production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily targets.
Requirements
- B.E / B.Tech/ ITI / Diploma / Vocational qualification in Mechanical, Production, or related field preferred.
- Experience operating CNC plasma cutting machines is preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Good work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CNC cutting software and nesting programs.
- Knowledge of steel fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to operate overhead cranes and material handling equipment.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
