Job Title: Leak Testing Fixture Designer

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Leak Testing Fixture Designer with strong knowledge of pneumatic systems and fixture design. The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing leak testing fixtures for manufacturing industries and should be capable of independently handling projects from concept to final execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop leak testing fixtures (wet & dry type) as per customer requirements.
- Selection of pneumatic cylinders, valves, and other components.
- Perform force calculations and ensure proper sealing arrangements.
- Design washing fixtures and related automation setups.
- Prepare 3D models, detailed drawings, and BOM using SolidWorks or Creo.
- Coordinate with production and assembly teams for smooth execution.
- Conduct trials and ensure fixture performance meets quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing fixture designs for efficiency and reliability.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic cylinder selection and force calculations.
- Good understanding of sealing methods and leak testing principles.
- Experience in wet and dry leak testing systems.
- Knowledge of washing fixture design.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo.
- Understanding of GD&T and manufacturing processes.
- Problem-solving ability and strong technical knowledge.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in automation, SPM, or fixture design industry.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
