- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, fax machines).
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests immediately upon arrival in a professional manner.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic, accurate information in-person and via email/phone.
- Administrative Support: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries and manage office supplies.
- Scheduling: Maintain calendars and schedule appointments/meetings.
- Security & Safety: Monitor visitor logbooks and issue visitor badges to maintain office security.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Soft Skills: Strong professional appearance, customer service orientation, and ability to handle difficult visitors calmly.
