Job Function, Key Responsibilities and Duties :
Installation Coordination

Plan and coordinate installation activities for all products.

Track machine dispatch and arrange pending materials required for installation.

Coordinate with customers for project planning and installation reviews.

Follow up on regulatory requirements for successful project completion.

Plan customer training and support project handover activities.

Coordinate with internal departments for project reviews and updates.

Prepare installation reports and perform basic data analysis.
Service & Maintenance Coordination

Plan service visits and preventive maintenance activities.
-
Maintain records and documentation of service calls and customer complaints.
-
Analyze service data and support root cause analysis (RCA).
-
Coordinate with departments for issue resolution and corrective actions.

Manage material requirements and track pending activities.
-
Raise customer complaints and feedback internally and follow up until closure.

Conduct customer surveys and support post-market surveillance activities.

Maintain proper documentation related to service and maintenance activities.
