Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Validation Engineer (Automation) / Sr. Validation Engineer (Automation) to join our team. The role involves software validation, test automation, test tool development, and mobile application testing. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and the confidence to interact with clients and provide onsite support during pilot and production deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare validation strategies and test scenarios.
- Perform software validation to ensure applications meet defined functional and quality requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases and test scripts.
- Develop and enhance test tools and automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
- Perform hands-on testing and automation of mobile applications across relevant platforms and devices.
- Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot software defects throughout the validation lifecycle.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and automation testing as required.
- Collaborate with development, product, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in client interactions to understand requirements and provide technical support.
- Provide onsite support during site pilot deployment and initial production deployment phases.
- Prepare test reports, validation documentation, and technical presentations.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and relevant stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of validation processes, automation frameworks, and testing methodologies.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Test Automation.
- Hands-on experience in Test Tool Development.
- Hands-on experience in Mobile Application Testing & Automation.
- Good understanding of software testing and validation methodologies.
- Strong requirement analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of defect tracking and test documentation processes.
- Knowledge of software security concepts will be an added advantage.
- Ability to develop and maintain automated testing solutions.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have 4–9 years of experience in software validation and test automation, with strong hands-on exposure to mobile application testing and automation. Candidates who have experience in test tool development, client-facing activities, deployment support, and end-user training will be preferred.
