Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM CM (Convergent Mediation) Developer with strong expertise in SAP Convergent Mediation, workflow development, and BRIM integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience and a strong understanding of telecom/billing mediation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) solutions.
- Develop and maintain Convergent Mediation workflows.
- Configure and customize DigitalRoute MediationZone components.
- Integrate SAP Convergent Mediation with SAP Convergent Charging (CC) and other SAP systems.
- Develop and support SAP RFC integrations.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Prepare technical design documents, specifications, and implementation artifacts.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP BRIM and mediation processes.
