Key Responsibilities :
Team Management & Operational Excellence :
- Lead and manage the service coordination team to achieve category-wise operational targets.
- Ensure efficient back-office support for the Field Engineer (FE) service team.
Service Coordination & Planning :
- Coordinate effectively between Field Engineers, GE Healthcare, and clients to ensure seamless operations and timely completion of:
- Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS)
- Equipment Installations
- Breakdown and Service Calls
- Create, monitor, and optimize field engineer activity schedules and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
Service Records & Compliance :
- Maintain and update service records, schedules, and service activities in real time on the GE Healthcare web portal.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all service-related documentation and records.
Stakeholder Communication :
- Manage all service-related correspondence and ensure proactive, timely communication with clients, Field Engineers, internal teams, and GE Healthcare.
- Act as a key point of contact for operational escalations and service updates.
Asset & Resource Tracking :
- Monitor and maintain real-time records of spares & tools movements, calibration schedules, and compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
