We are looking for a Weaving Supervisor to manage loom operations, manpower, and production efficiency for Airjet/Waterjet machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day weaving operations (Airjet & Waterjet looms)
- Ensure production targets and machine efficiency
- Handle manpower allocation and shift management
- Monitor fabric quality and reduce defects
- Coordinate with maintenance for breakdown handling
- Ensure proper loom settings and production planning execution
- Maintain production records and shift reports
- Control wastage and improve productivity
Requirements
- 2–6 years experience in weaving department
- Knowledge of Airjet / Waterjet loom operations
- Understanding of fabric quality and defects
- Strong team handling and problem-solving skills
