Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ASM to promote our products and build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be target-driven, and have a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote the company's products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate new business opportunities.
- Organize product presentations and promotional activities for doctors and healthcare providers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and stockists.
- Submit daily call reports, expense reports, and sales updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Attend sales meetings, product training sessions, and company events.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline .
- 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
