Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented BDE / Telecalling Executives to handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and support sales activities through phone calls. This role combines customer support with inside sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers
- Resolve customer queries and provide support
- Follow up with potential customers and existing leads
- Generate sales through telecalling and customer engagement
- Maintain customer records and update call details
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for order and customer support
Requirements
- Good Hindi communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to convince and engage customers over calls
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an advantage
