- Supervise daily laboratory operations to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality testing.
- Perform, review, and validate laboratory analyses in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and monitor quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) programs to maintain compliance with laboratory standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior laboratory technicians and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and documentation using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Monitor inventory levels, order laboratory supplies, and manage reagent and consumable stock.
- Investigate test discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, method validation, and laboratory process improvements.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve laboratory efficiency, productivity, and data integrity.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory samples, chemicals, and hazardous materials.
- Prepare technical reports, analyze laboratory data, and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance, safety, and operational excellence.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
