Job Description
Rarefliction Media is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with basic video editing skills to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be creative, quick with revisions, and comfortable working on social media content in a fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives (posts, carousels, thumbnails, posters)
- Edit short videos/reels for Instagram and other platforms
- Assist with video trimming, captions, transitions, and formatting
- Follow brand guidelines and creative references
- Make revisions based on feedback from seniors/clients
- Coordinate with SMMs, Video Editors, and Content Managers
- Meet deadlines as per the content calendar
Required Skills
- Canva & Photoshop (mandatory)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects – basic level)
- Understanding of Instagram formats, reels, and trends
- Basic design sense (colors, typography, layout)
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
Expected Deliverables
- 6–10 graphic creatives per week
- 3–5 short video edits per week
- Timely delivery with consistent quality
