Junior Architect.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The candidate will assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 0–3 years of experience looking to build a strong foundation in architectural practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing architectural designs, concepts, and presentations
- Prepare drawings, layouts, and 3D models using design software
- Support project documentation, including plans, sections, and elevations
- Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants
- Conduct site visits and assist in site analysis
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Help in material selection and preparation of specifications
- Participate in client meetings and incorporate feedback into designs
Required Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships included)
- Basic knowledge of architectural principles and construction methods
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Good understanding of building codes and standards
- Strong visual and conceptual design skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship experience in an architectural firm
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Basic knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling)
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with occasional site visits
- May require working extra hours to meet project deadlines
