- Incident Management & Troubleshooting
- ServiceNow / Ticketing Tools
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and investigate alerts.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and network issues.
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and access.
- Analyze logs and escalate critical incidents.
- Ensure system availability and SLA compliance.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
