- Quote and follow up on customer RFQs for import/export shipments, working closely to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and smooth job execution while keeping customers updated.
- Act as a link between sales and operations, ensuring customer needs are met while maintaining profitability and service standards.
- Support the development of SOPs, reporting structures, and customer service metrics to monitor performance and drive improvements.
- Participate in customer reviews, relationship building, and identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
