Job Title: Vice Principal

Job Summary:
The Vice Principal will support the Principal in managing the overall academic and administrative functions of the school. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring curriculum implementation as per State Board guidelines, maintaining discipline, and promoting a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Management:
Ensure effective implementation of the State Board (SSC) curriculum
Monitor lesson plans, teaching quality, and student performance
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers
Plan and oversee examinations, assessments, and results analysis
Staff Supervision:
Assist in recruitment, training, and evaluation of teachers
Conduct staff meetings and professional development sessions
Ensure teachers maintain academic records and discipline
Student Management:
Maintain discipline and ensure a safe school environment
Address student behavioral and academic concerns
Support co-curricular and extracurricular activities
Administrative Duties:
Assist the Principal in daily school operations
Ensure compliance with State Board rules and regulations
Coordinate with parents regarding student progress
Manage school timetables and schedules
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com) with B.Ed (mandatory)
Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience
At least 2–3 years in a leadership role (Coordinator / Vice Principal preferred)
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication in English (spoken & written)
Good knowledge of State Board syllabus and policies
Organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in school administration and basic computer skills
Preferred:
Experience in State Board (SSC) schools
Candidates residing nearby or having own transport
Salary:
As per experience and school standards
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
