Job Summary
A Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting products or services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on inquiries and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve customer experience.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
