About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain our website, web application, and mobile application. The role involves building scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital platforms that support our technology-driven social enterprise ecosystem. The candidate will work closely with product, design, and program teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend (Web & Mobile)
- Develop, maintain, and enhance eKalakaar's web applications and digital platforms.
- Work on both frontend and backend development tasks.
- Assist in website optimization, bug fixing, and feature implementation.
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of development work and updates.
- Support technical improvements and innovations aligned with eKalakaar's objectives.
- Maintain CMS based websites as per requirements.
- Translate Figma, or Sketch designs into clean, pixel-perfect, accessible (WCAG compliant), and mobile-first responsive web interfaces.
- Conduct user research and wireframing to translate client concepts into interactive, high-fidelity responsive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD prior to development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
