Conduct site visits for potential buyers (walk-ins & pre-scheduled leads).
Explain flat features (3 BHK, 4BHK, etc..), amenities (gym, park, security), and payment plans.
Follow up with clients via calls and WhatsApp (using CRM software).
Coordinate with banks for home loan eligibility of customers.
Attend local property exhibitions and door-to-door marketing within Nagpur.
Maintain daily call reports (minimum 40 calls/day).
Other marketing related activities.
Report to Sales Manager.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
