Job Description-Hotel Steward/ Restaurat Steward
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: Captain &F&B Manager
Location: Rewari (Haryana)
Education: 10th/12th
Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in restaurant or hotel services
Job Summary:
The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas. The role supports kitchen and service staff by ensuring all tools and supplies are available, sanitized, and ready for use while following hygiene and safety standards.
· Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, and equipment.
· Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, pantry, and service areas.
· Assist kitchen staff with basic preparation and support tasks.
· Ensure proper storage and organization of kitchen tools and supplies.
· Dispose of waste and maintain proper garbage segregation.
· Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
· Ensure dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment are properly used and maintained.
· Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
· Support the kitchen team during peak hours when required.
· Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
· Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Good teamwork and communication skills.
· Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle kitchen equipment.
· Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred.
· Minimum qualification: High School / 10th pass preferred.
· 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant environment.
Working Conditions
· Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
