Office Assistant – Construction Firm
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting on daily office requirements
- Handling vendors and visitors
- Handling DTP Requirements
Procurement Support
- Assist with purchase orders and vendor communications.
- Track material deliveries and invoices.
- Maintain supplier and subcontractor records.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Site Support
- Collect and organize site progress reports.
- Maintain records of labor, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate logistics and document submissions between site and office.
Typical Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience (construction industry experience preferred).
Knowledge of document management systems is an advantage.
Having Two Wheeler is an Advantage
Knowing Four wheeler driving is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
