Job Description – Production Supervisor (Fresher)

Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and career-oriented freshers to join our Production team. The candidate will support day-to-day manufacturing activities, monitor production processes, ensure product quality, and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to production plans.
- Assist in operating and supervising chemical manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain production records, batch documents, and shift reports.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize process losses.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S practices.
- Follow all EHS guidelines and statutory safety requirements.
Qualification
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering, or
- B.Sc. in Chemistry.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Industrial training or internship in a chemical or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

- Basic knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹276,000.00 per year
