Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the organisation's complete accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Develop, monitor, and control organisational budgets and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, income tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws.
- Manage donor funds, grants, utilisation certificates (UCs), and project-wise financial reporting.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and donor auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards and organisational policies.
- Prepare financial reports for management, donors, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor banking operations, vendor payments, payroll accounting, and reconciliations.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
- Liaise with banks, government departments, consultants, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts team while ensuring timely completion of financial activities.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
