Role overview
Support development of backend features, tests, integrations, and data pipelines for the digital TPM platform. You will work under the senior backend engineer and will be responsible for building well tested modules, improving quality, and speeding up delivery.

Location: Kolkata (On Site)
Experience: 1 to 3 years backend engineering
Employment: Full time
Tech: Node.js TypeScript or Java, PostgreSQL, AWS basics
Key responsibilities
- Implement API endpoints and business rules under guidance
- Write unit tests and integration tests
- Build data exports and reporting queries
- Support S3 upload workflows and file metadata handling
- Support bug triage and production issue analysis
Must have qualifications
- Comfort with one backend language, Node.js or Java
- Comfort with REST APIs and basic authentication concepts
- Basic SQL skills, joins, indexes, and troubleshooting slow queries
- Good engineering discipline, tests, logging, and code reviews
Good to have
- Exposure to AWS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch
- Experience with ETL, Python scripts, or data processing is useful
- Familiarity with Git workflows and CI pipelines
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
