We are looking for a skilled and motivated Linux, OpenStack & OpenShift Engineer with 5–6 years of experience to join our dynamic infrastructure and cloud operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing, troubleshooting, automating, and supporting enterprise-grade cloud and container platforms.
This role offers an opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure environments involving virtualization, container orchestration, automation, monitoring, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with multiple functional teams to ensure platform stability, performance, and operational excellence.
What You will do :

Manage and troubleshoot Linux-based infrastructure environments.

Deploy, administer, and support OpenStack cloud platforms.

Manage and troubleshoot OpenShift/Kubernetes container platforms.

Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution for production environments.

Automate operational tasks using Python, Ansible, and Ansible Tower/AWX.

Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide operational support.

Troubleshoot network-related issues including connectivity, routing, DNS, firewall, and load balancing issues.

Monitor infrastructure health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack/syslog tools.

Configure alerts, dashboards, and logging solutions for proactive monitoring.

Participate in system upgrades, patching, maintenance activities, and security compliance.

Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs.

Support high availability, disaster recovery, and system reliability initiatives.

Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Network teams for platform improvements and automation initiatives.
