About XOTO
XOTO is a Dubai-based PropTech company transforming the real estate experience through technology and innovation. We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can produce high-quality visuals across digital and print platforms while maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for digital and print channels, including social media, advertisements, website graphics, brochures, flyers, company profiles, email creatives, product packaging, and other marketing collateral.
- Create logos, brand identities, illustrations, typography, layouts, presentations, pitch decks, and infographics.
- Produce basic motion graphics and edit short-form videos for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all designs align with XOTO's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative solutions.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and maintain an organized library of design assets.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-powered creative solutions.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Figma and basic UI/UX principles
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing.
- Strong skills in logo design, branding, brochure design, typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for both digital and print media.
- Understanding of social media design best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
- Experience in the real estate or PropTech industry.
- Basic Canva knowledge is plus
- Experience with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
