We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager with a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector to lead and oversee all recruitment activities for our clients. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing high-volume technical hiring, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring timely manpower deployment for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for Oil & Gas clients, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate closely with clients to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and project timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical Oil & Gas roles (Technicians, Engineers, Supervisors, HSE, Operators, etc.).
- Manage and supervise the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate assessments, technical screenings, and shortlisting based on client requirements.
- Oversee mobilization processes including visa, medical, documentation, trainings, and certifications.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships through regular updates, meetings, and service quality improvement.
- Develop recruitment strategies, sourcing plans, and market mapping for Oil & Gas manpower demands.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, client standards, and industry regulations.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Handle escalations, resolve client or candidate issues, and ensure smooth communication across all parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, ideally in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong understanding of technical job roles and Oil & Gas project requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Proficient in recruitment tools, MS Office, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring, urgent mobilizations, and fast-paced project demands.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
