Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional with strong expertise in CRM, Finance, and Warehouse modules. The role involves system implementation, customization, integration, and support to enhance business operations and improve process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across CRM, Finance, and Warehouse modules
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
Customize workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards within Dynamics 365
Support system integrations with external applications and third-party systems
Perform troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support activities
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
Ensure system performance, security, and data integrity
Requirements:
4–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development or consulting
Strong hands-on experience with:
Dynamics 365 CRM
Finance module
Warehouse Management module
Experience in customization, configuration, and workflow automation
Knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, or related Microsoft technologies is an advantage
Experience with system integration, APIs, and data migration
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
