Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Mechanical Engineer for our FMCG manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, machine efficiency, preventive maintenance, and smooth operation of production machinery to ensure uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle installation, maintenance, and repair of production machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Monitor machine performance and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments for smooth workflow.
- Reduce machine downtime and ensure timely troubleshooting.
- Maintain maintenance records and machine reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Follow safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
- Supervise technicians and maintenance staff when required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of FMCG manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Computer knowledge for maintenance reporting and documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Preferred Experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
