Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager – Post Sales to handle end-to-end coordination and execution of projects after the sales process. The candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, coordinating with internal teams, tracking project progress, handling escalations, and ensuring timely project completion with high customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive project handover from the sales team and understand client/member requirements.
- Develop project execution plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Manage communication between clients, members, and internal project teams.
- Coordinate with operations, technical, procurement, and support teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and management.
- Identify risks, delays, and project dependencies proactively.
- Handle escalations, issue resolution, and change requests efficiently.
- Ensure proper coordination during project closure and handover process.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and project standards.

- Education: Graduate / MBA preferred
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities required
