About the Role
As CTO, you will define and execute the technology strategy for JAGNET, our flagship enterprise platform. You will lead architecture, development, cloud infrastructure, AI adoption, cybersecurity, and digital innovation while building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Strategy & Architecture
- Define and execute the company's technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Architect secure, scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, and advanced analytics.
- Establish technology governance, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and Indian Data Privacy regulations.
Platform Development & Innovation
- Lead end-to-end development and enhancement of the JAGNET ecosystem.
- Oversee development of Commercials, Operations, HRMS, Procurement, Billing, and Analytics modules.
- Drive mobile application development across Android, iOS, and Web platforms.
- Implement advanced BI and analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness.
AI & Intelligent Automation
- Define and execute AI/ML strategy for operational excellence.
- Deploy predictive analytics for attrition, absenteeism, workforce planning, and operational forecasting.
- Architect Agentic AI solutions for workflow automation and intelligent decision support.
- Establish responsible AI governance and ethical AI practices.
Leadership & Team Building
- Build and scale a high-performing engineering organization.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top technology talent.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive succession planning and technical leadership development.
Security & Infrastructure
- Implement enterprise-grade security architecture and governance.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Manage business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response frameworks.
Business Partnership
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Manage technology budgets and optimize ROI on technology investments.
- Present technology strategies and recommendations to executive leadership and board members.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA, M.Tech, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience
- 12-18+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
- Minimum 8 years in senior leadership roles such as CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, or equivalent.
- Proven experience building and scaling engineering teams.
- Strong track record of leading enterprise platform development and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in services, security, workforce management, or SaaS industries is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
