Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position also includes supporting transformational initiatives by preparing detailed business cases and providing strategic guidance throughout the implementation phases. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new operating models is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the business landscape.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Monitor progress of key initiatives and provide feedback to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and drive consensus among diverse teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
