To lead and manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development to support business growth across projects, sales offices, and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Advise management on manpower planning and organizational structure
- Drive HR policies, SOPs, and culture-building initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruitment for sales, site engineers, CRM, and corporate roles
- Manage consultants, job portals, and campus hiring
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes
Performance Management System
- Design and monitor KRAs & KPIs across departments
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisal cycles
- Support managers in goal setting and productivity improvement

Employee Engagement & Development
- Plan training programs (especially for sales teams to meet targets)
- Address employee grievances and retention strategies
- Promote positive workplace culture across sites and offices
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Supervise attendance, payroll inputs, and HR documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports
Organizational Development
- Support leadership development initiatives
- Implement HR analytics for decision-making
- Improve HR processes for scalability as projects grow
Qualification & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- 10–15 years HR experience (real estate or construction preferred)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR systems
- Experience handling multi-location workforce (site + office)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
