Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional for the role of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Warehouse & Logistics. The candidate will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, courier coordination, vendor management, shipment tracking, and maintaining logistics-related records and trackers to ensure smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders for logistics and operational requirements.
- Handle and manage courier and logistics vendors efficiently.
- Monitor and allocate courier budgets while ensuring cost optimization.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational trackers and reports.
- Track shipments, dispatches, and material movement to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage dispatch activities including packaging, invoicing coordination, and courier scheduling.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for inventory movement and dispatch planning.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance related to logistics operations.
- Follow up with vendors and courier partners for delays, escalations, and delivery updates.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, timelines, and operational standards.
Required Skills

- Ability to maintain trackers and operational reports accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in warehouse, dispatch, or logistics operations preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
