Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interiors Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of interior projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of interior design and construction projects, from concept to completion.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop detailed project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Scheduling: Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met, and work is completed on schedule.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Quality Control: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned and adheres to quality standards.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues or potential risks and develop effective solutions to ensure project success.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate activities of project teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
