a disciplined and technically sound Production Supervisor. You will be the "boots on the ground" leader responsible for managing the shop floor, overseeing the labour crew, and ensuring that our lightweight concrete dry walls and panels are manufactured to exact specifications. Your primary focus will be maintaining production flow, safety, and quality during your shift. Key Responsibilities 1. Shift Management & Execution Production Oversight: Supervise the daily mixing, casting, and curing processes of precast panels. Labor Coordination: Assign tasks to operators and manual laborers; monitor attendance and performance to ensure shift targets are met. Timeline Adherence: Ensure the production schedule is followed strictly to meet delivery deadlines for construction projects 2. Technical & Quality Control Material Batching: Monitor the raw material mix (cement, foam/lightweight aggregates, additives) to ensure consistency and structural integrity. Molding & Demolding: Oversee the cleaning and oiling of molds and the careful handling of panels during demolding to prevent cracks or damage. Quality Inspection: Conduct first-level checks on panel dimensions, surface finish, and weight before moving products to the curing area. 3. Safety & Maintenance Housekeeping (5S): Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
Safety Enforcement: Ensure all workers wear appropriate PPE (helmets, gloves, boots) and follow machine safety protocols. Equipment Monitoring: Perform basic troubleshooting of machinery and report any technical breakdowns immediately to the Maintenance/Plant Head. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a Bachelor’s degree/B.E). Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant. Direct experience in Precast Concrete, RCC, or Building Materials is a major advantage. Leadership: Ability to manage a diverse workforce and handle on-site labour challenges firmly but fairly. Physical Stamina: Comfort working in a factory environment that involves standing for long periods and exposure to dust/noise. Language: Proficiency in the local language (for labour communication) and basic English for reporting. Work Environment Shift Work: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night)..
