We are pleased to invite applications for the role of Admin Executive for our expanding operations. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to manage administrative activities and support day-to-day office operations.

Location: Vanagaram, Chennai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Role Snapshot (Administration & Operations)
- Handle daily administrative activities and office coordination
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and report any unusual activities
- Check and verify inward and outward materials with proper receipts and documentation
- Coordinate with stores, logistics, and other departments for material movement
- Maintain records of stock movement and ensure proper tracking
- Support vendor coordination and office maintenance activities
- Ensure office cleanliness and smooth functioning of facilities
- Assist in basic reporting and MIS documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Profile We Seek
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
Experience: 0–2 years in Administration / Office Support
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of administrative processes
- Familiarity with MS Excel and documentation
- Good observation and monitoring skills (especially CCTV handling)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and record-keeping ability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
