Job Summary
Bake N Shake is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the complete accounting and finance functions of a Private Limited Company. The ideal candidate should have expertise in financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll, inventory accounting, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting operations from voucher entry to finalization of accounts.
- Handle Sales, Purchase, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Financial Reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and all statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST & TDS Returns.
- Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits and ROC compliances.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation and Ledger Scrutiny.
- Handle Payroll Processing and Employee Reimbursements.
- Prepare MIS Reports, Budgets, Financial Analysis and Cost Reports.
- Monitor Inventory, Stock Valuation and Cost Control.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime/ERP and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications
- MBA (Finance) or M.Com (Required)
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Senior Accountant.
- Experience in a Private Limited Company is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC Compliance, Financial Statements, Audit, Payroll, Inventory Accounting and MIS Reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
