* Verify patient coverage limits and eligibility immediately upon admission.
* Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies to secure rapid approvals for cashless treatments and planned surgeries.
* Guide patients and their families regarding their insurance coverage, policy exclusions, and expected out-of-pocket expenses.
* Gather, verify, and submit required medical documents (discharge summaries, investigation reports, and final bills) to the insurer.
* Monitor claim status, resolve queries or billing discrepancies, and follow up with TPAs to ensure timely settlement of hospital bills.
* Ensure all procedures comply with hospital and insurance regulatory protocols, and maintain regular reporting on claim statuses.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
