Retail Sales Associate
Mishme Jewellery & Gifts, Hazra
Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery and gift items.
- Assist customers in selecting products and answer their queries.
- Prepare computerized bills and process payments (training will be provided).
- Pack purchased items neatly for customers.
- Maintain jewellery displays and ensure the showroom remains clean and well presented throughout the day.
- Replenish displays and organize stock as required.
- Assist with inventory management and day-to-day store operations.
- Support the owner during busy hours and help ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist with closing the shop at the end of the day.
Requirements
- Smart, confident and well-groomed personality.
- Friendly, polite and customer-focused.
- Honest, punctual and responsible.
- Hindi and Bengali are mandatory.
- Basic or broken English is sufficient.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred. Training will be provided for billing software.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply. Complete training will be provided.
- Candidates residing near Hazra will be preferred.
