Job Description - Construction Supervisor
A Construction Supervisor at SS Buildtech Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely and quality execution of work, coordinating with contractors and teams, maintaining safety standards, and reporting progress. The role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership, and on-site problem-solving skills to ensure smooth construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors.
- Monitor labour, material, and equipment usage.
- Enforce safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance, and material usage records.
- Resolve site-related issues and escalate when necessary.
- Verify drawings and ensure work is done as per specifications.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in residential/commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
