Key Responsibilities
As a vital pillar of the finance team, you will drive financial accuracy and compliance across the board:
Financial Operations: Manage end-to-end accounting, maintain books, and ensure rock-solid internal controls.
Manufacturing Ledger Mastery: Oversee intricate purchase, sales, and inventory accounting.
Stakeholder Management: Independently handle customer accounts (receivables/reconciliations) and vendor accounts (payables/verifications).
Taxation & Compliance: Own the end-to-end management of GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
Reporting & Audits: Prepare monthly MIS reports, scrutinize ledgers, and smoothly coordinate with external auditors.
Leadership: Mentor, guide, and supervise a talented team of 2–3 junior accounting staff.
Who We Are Looking For?
Education: Semi-Qualified CA / CMA is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8+ years of rock-solid accounting experience.
Industry Background: Mandatory experience in the Manufacturing sector.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and Advanced Excel.
Skills: Exceptional statutory compliance knowledge, strong leadership presence, and stellar communication skills.
