About the Role
Government ITI Chenneerkara invites applications from qualified and passionate individuals for the position of Faculty (Full-Time) on a daily wage basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical education and supporting students in developing industry-relevant skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom lectures and practical training sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and workshop sessions.
- Evaluate students through assignments, practicals, and examinations.
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Ensure discipline and safety in classrooms and workshops.
- Mentor students in technical and employability skills.
- Perform academic and administrative duties assigned by the institute.
Eligibility CriteriaMandatory Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (UG) in the relevant discipline.
Preferred Qualification
- Postgraduate Degree (PG) in the relevant discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Strong technical knowledge in the relevant discipline.
- Prior teaching or industry experience is an added advantage.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
- Daily Wage: ₹750–₹900 (Based on qualification and experience)
