- Handling inbound calls
- Providing resolution to customer complaints/queries
- Escalating complaints to the right level as per escalation matrix
- Ensuring loop closure of escalated complaints –informing customer
- Capturing Customer Satisfaction level with solution provided.
- Making other outbound calls on provided database.
- Branch Visit
- Graduate
- 2–3 years of experience in hardcore inbound and outbound calling (preferably loan/financial products)
- Fluency in Tamil/Kannada
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge with working knowledge of MS Excel
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
