- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan applications, servicing, and sales opportunities
- Generate leads and promote loan products to prospective customers to achieve sales targets
- Cross-sell and up-sell relevant financial products and services based on customer needs
- Resolve customer queries regarding loan status, repayment schedules, interest rates, charges, and foreclosure procedures
- Assist customers with payment issues, EMI clarifications, and account updates
- Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into successful loan disbursements
- Coordinate with credit, collections, and operations teams for effective issue resolution and faster processing
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM/LMS systems
- Ensure timely resolution of pending cases and customer requests
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity standards
- Escalate complex cases to the concerned department when required
- Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction targets
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
