Job Description : Plant Head
· Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of manufacturing facility.
· To ensure the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
· To involve in coordinating various aspects of the manufacturing process, managing personnel, implementing operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
· Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
· Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency enhancements.
· Supervise and lead a team of production staff, including machine operators, technicians, and support personnel..
· Conduct regular safety inspections, train employees on safety procedures, and ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations.
· Manage and optimize resources, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower, to minimize waste and production costs.
· Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
· Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance overall operational efficiency.
· Communicate effectively with other departments, providing regular updates on production status and addressing any issues.
· Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators, production metrics, and other relevant data.
· Can recruit staff as per the requirement.
· Proven experience within a manufacturing environment.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
